The Committee for Participation of Women in Politics (CPWP) was established in 2005 by a group of like-minded individuals united in their strong commitment, solidarity and collective voice around issues related to women’s political participation. Since its inception, the CPWP has been contributing to the creation of a positive environment for women’s equal participation and representation in decision-making and public office. It has been doing so through capacity building, mentoring, training, and advocacy and lobbying.
