Chanthon Manages the entire program activities of GADC to ensure program activities are delivered on time, quality of field program implementation, leading in measuring program progress and achievements.

Sina works align the direction of feminist principle that are promoted within GADC, build capacity of the team, manage the program, work plan, budget plan and reports to ensure its effective implementation and achievements, advocate at sub-national level for supporting women in leadership and end violence against women and girls.

Seavmey works to equip diverse young women with feminist leadership and advocacy skills to advocate for women’s rights and norm changes in ending VAWG through civic engagement initiatives in FemLeading.

Knowledge & Learning Coordinator

Thlork Monyroth develops M&E framework, tools to monitor global activities of the organization, update M&E system for programs to demonstrate outputs, outcomes, impacts, and lesson learnt with all program staff.

Communication Officer

Malyta is responsible for creating online and offline campaign materials to promote GADC’s work and its partners, provide support, and build the capacity of the staff related to communication matters.

Cambodian Men’s Network Coordinator

Ly Teang basically manages CMN program to ensure that all the project activities meet the project outcome and contribute to organizational strategic plan.​ Moreover, he mobilizes men and boys from different backgrounds to end violence against women and girls.

PECH SOPHEAK (he/him)

Cambodian Men’s Network Program Officer

Sopheak engages diverse men and youth to end VAW, promote gender equality and toxic masculinity transformation through awareness-raising including training, dialogue, campaigns, and advocacy.

KEO PROKORB KIM (he/him)

Program Officer

Prokorb is an assistant researcher as well as part of the CMN unit that works towards transformative masculinity and teaching men about toxic masculinity, also advocating for mental health. 

LY SOPHEA (he/him)

Program Officer

Sophea is a program officer​ at Cambodian Men’s Network who works with a group of men, boys, and people with disabilities to improve inclusion and participation in the elimination of all forms of gender-based violence.

KONG HENG (he/him)

Community Facilitator

Heng is the community facilitator based in Oral District, Kampong Speu Province and he has responsibilities to facilitate community work and lead youth to join monthly meetings with local authority and trainings through projects of GADC.

LAS MAS (she/her)

Community Facilitator

Mas is a community facilitator based in Roleap B’ier District, Kampong Chhnang Province. Mas facilitates community events between local authorities and community people to end all forms of discrimination against girls, women and other vulnerable people at the target areas. 

SOEB SOKHA (he/him)

Community Facilitator

Sokha is a community facilitator based in Roleap B’ier District, Kampong Chhnang Province. Basically, he supports youth to join monthly meetings and facilitates community events with local authority.

RIM PHATBOPHAPHOUNG (she/her)

Advocacy and Networking Senior Program Officer

Bophaphoung works through Women’s Economic Empowerment to create equal opportunities, promotes non-violent communication and transformative masculinity to achieve gender equity. She also supports advocacy strategies through campaigns and feminist movements. 

SIM VONGKHEANG (he/him)

Advocacy and Networking Program Officer

Vongkheang provides support to the ANP team in program implementation, running campaigns, and enhancing visibility to ensure seamless progress toward achieving the organization’s strategic goals toward gender equality.

Program officer

Sophorn provides technical skills with the program management to support working with Community Facilitator on conducting training related to Domestic violence and gender-based violence in the community; provide training to NGO partner (NTFP) on gender concepts and gender roles.

Mey, a feminist and self-described of gender identity, primarily supports staff within the organization and CSO partners/networks with capacity development in a safe and diverse environment. 

THAI LAIEANG (she/her)

Gender Trainer Officer

Laieang mainly provides support in capacity development for staff, networks, and partners both internally and externally. She also supports the team in other project activities in aligned with her skills.

Community Facilitator

Kunthea works with community people to end violence against women and girls, raise awareness of the gender that exists in daily life, conduct training, and build the capacity of men and women core group so that they can become potential individuals in their commune villages and become agents of change in their community. Kunthea works-based station in Pursat Province.

Samonn works in the community to eliminate the violence against women and girls and support women as leaders. Samon works based station in Prey Veng Province.

Sarith is a facilitator who has compiled a core-group of men and women and training on gender perspectives on gender equality in communities at Kampong Chhnang province.

Community Facilitator

Phallay works closely with the local authority, women and men core group, and community people to​​work together to eliminate the violence against women and girls happening in the community. For my perspective, I want to see the people in the community love and respect each other without violence, abuse, and discrimination. Phally works based station in Prey Veng Province.

Sro Em works with community people to end violence against women and girls and to support women as leaders in the community. She works closely with community people, core group, and local authority to conduct the activities such as village meetings, door to door visit activities to target groups in the community. Sro Em works-based station in Prey Veng.
