Head of GADC
Chandy is a feminist who has been working on gender equality movement for more than 10 years. In her role, she manages GADC’s work on leadership, networks, campaigns, publications, fundraising and public forums to raise awareness on gender equality issues, and lobbies national-level legislators and policymakers to incorporate gender principles into new and existing laws and policies. She also provides training on gender and feminism to youth, CSO, government staff and network organizations.

Lina oversees operations, finance, administration, human resources, and technology of information, strategy direction and support management of the organization.

Program Director
Chanthon manages the entire program activities of GADC to ensure program activities are delivered on time, quality of field program implementation, leading in measuring program progress and achievement, ensuring field implementation are followed donor and GADC’s principle and requirement, leading in GADC program strategic development, review, and implementation and to build good relationship with external stakeholders and raising funding assistance.

Community Outreach Manager
Sina works in line with GADC’s core value to achieve GADC’s goals-strengthening women in leadership and end violence against women and girls. In collaboration with my team, I provide capacity building to different group such as youth, women and men core group in target provinces, women and men villagers and women leader at sub-national level on gender concept, gender sensitivity, domestic violence, gender-based violence, feminist facilitation skill, women seek for safe space when facing domestic violence ect. Sina also works closely with other partners to mainstream gender in their project cycle management, maintaining visibility of GADC through building good communication with donors, stake holders and participate in developing new proposal for new funding opportunities.

Advocacy & Networking Manager
Phoungvyna supports the management and organization of the advocacy and networking program, and works to advocate for promoting gender equality and women in leadership, political participation, and economic empowerment.

Manith is working on transactions, filling, checking, revenues and others which is complying with an intrinsic rule.

Phosda is responsible project empowerment young women as change agent for gender-based violence and violence against women and girl.

Ms. NGORN SEAVMEY.
Advocacy & Networking Officer
Ngorn Seavmey is an advocacy and networking program officer. A project holder of “Gender Justice through Supporting Gender Café”. She plays a very important role in facilitating, providing training, and advocating for women’s rights. Seavmey is also very active in taking a strong lead in several campaigns and events throughout the years in GADC by advocating for changes in ending violence against women and girls at the sub-national and national level.

Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator
Thlork Monyroth develops M&E framework and tools to monitor the global activities of the organization, keeps updating the M&E system for the programs to demonstrate outputs, outcomes, impacts, and lesson learnt with all program staffs, supports program staffs to properly document result of the program.

Ms. PHAT MALYTA
Communication Officer
Malyta works to produce social media content, high-quality photos, and videos such as posters, documentary videos, campaign videos, and photo stories. Besides these, she additionally supports and builds capacity to project staff related to communication skills.

Mr. CHENG LY TEANG
Cambodian Men’s Network Coordinator
Ly Teang basically manages CMN program to ensure that all the project activities and strategies are well achieved and meet the project outcome. Ly Teang is also a focal staff who keeps communication going with the networks, network members, stakeholders, local authorities, and government officers in the target areas. On top of this, he strengthens the CMN members on gender perspective knowledge to collect their voice to ending violence against women and girls.

CMN Officer
Sopheak supports the implementation of “SIDA’s CSO strengthening project” under the Cambodian Men’s Network (CMN) unit. He works to ensure that all project activities are well delivered as planned with high quality, keeps well communication with the network and/or allies as well as stakeholders, promotes and raises the CMN profile, and acts as the change agent for the discrimination against the marginalized groups.

Sophea implements programs of GADC and expands the works to partners at grassroot levels.

Gender Trainer Coordinator
Engmey provides capacity building within the organization and to partners/networks. She also designs and assists the training outlines and/or curriculum development to ensure trainings/workshops are well-adapted to the gender-based global development.

Ms. RIM PHATBOPHAPHOUNG
Program Officer
Bophaphoung holds a project entitled Women Economic Empowerment in small scale business. She empowers women through financial and business management to the women business owner and male spouses in ruining their business which leads the end violence to achieve gender equity in family and community. She also helps in conducting workshops training on relevant applicable law and advocacy skills, and material support, and involved in the publication of advocacy materials such as reports and statements, to raise awareness on issues faced by victims of violence against women and girls.

Program Assistant
Vongkheang provides support to Advocacy and Networking Program team in implementing the project activities, running campaigns and works closely with the program officers to ensure that the project will achieve its goal.

Mr. LINH SOPHORN
Program officer
Sophorn provides technical skills with the program management to support working with Community Facilitator on conducting training related to Domestic violence and gender-based violence in the community; provide training to NGO partner (NTFP) on gender concepts and gender roles.

Ms. KONG KUNTHEA
Community Facilitator
Kunthea works with community people to end violence against women and girls, raise awareness of the gender that exists in daily life, conduct training, and build the capacity of men and women core group so that they can become potential individuals in their commune villages and become agents of change in their community. Kunthea works-based station in Pursat Province.

Ms. OEURN SAMONN
Community Facilitator
Samonn works in the community to eliminate the violence against women and girls and support women as leaders. Samon works based station in Prey Veng Province.

Ms. HENG CHANDY

Chandy is a facilitator who has compiled a core-group of men and women and training on gender perspectives on gender equality in communities at Pursat province.

Community Facilitator
Sarith is a facilitator who has compiled a core-group of men and women and training on gender perspectives on gender equality in communities at Kampong Chhnang province.

Ms. CHHORN PHALLAY
Community Facilitator
Phallay works closely with the local authority, women and men core group, and community people towork together to eliminate the violence against women and girls happening in the community. For my perspective, I want to see the people in the community love and respect each other without violence, abuse, and discrimination. Phally works based station in Prey Veng Province.

Community Facilitator
Sro Em works with community people to end violence against women and girls and to support women as leaders in the community. She works closely with community people, core group, and local authority to conduct the activities such as village meetings, door to door visit activities to target groups in the community. Sro Em works-based station in Prey Veng.

Kunthea Ros works closely with the community people with gender equality to stop violence against women and girls and contribute to making women aware of their rights. Kunthea Ros works based station in Kampong Chhnang.
